He approaches each project as a collaboration, guiding clients through the process with clarity and care. From the first conversations about vision and design to the final walk-through, his goal is to deliver not just a house but a home that reflects elegance, comfort, and individuality.
With a background that blends business, design, and sustainability, Andrew brings a unique perspective to luxury building. He holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration and Computer Information Sciences from the University of Florida, is a Certified General Contractor in the State of Florida, a LEED Accredited Professional, and studied design at the Danish Design School in Copenhagen, Denmark.

Rita is a licensed architect and interior designer in the state of Florida. As Principal Architect and Project Manager at Zahn Development, Inc., she guides every stage of the design-build process, from initial concept through final construction. Known for her ability to listen closely and translate her clients’ vision into tailored architectural designs, Rita approaches each project with professionalism, creativity, and warmth. Her deep understanding of custom home construction allows her to deliver homes that are both elegant and enduring.
Rita earned her Bachelor of Architecture from Florida Atlantic University. She holds licenses as both an architect and interior designer in the state of Florida and also serves as Vice President of Architecture Studio, Inc.
